“Hati Untuk Haiti” (Heart for Haiti)

SURABAYA – Feb 24, 2010. Earthquake that hit Haiti inspired Youth Exchange and Study (YES) alumni and volunteers from Bina Antar Budaya foundation to educate preschool and kindergarten students (TK) “Yunior” in Mulyorejo Surabaya about earthquake preparedness on February 24. During an event titled “Hati Untuk Haiti” (Heart for Haiti), the U.S. Consul General Caryn McClelland joined the students to color pictures together. She also joined YES students to tell stories using dolls.
