Federal income tax forms for the current tax year are available on the IRS web site. There is no Internal Revenue Service representative assigned to Indonesia. Consular officers cannot offer tax advice. Persons with questions regarding U.S. taxes may write to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service Office, c/o American Embassy, 27 Napier Road, Singapore 258508 (tel: (65) 476-9413, or fax: (65) 476-9030) for assistance.
The Consular Section does not stock state income tax forms. State tax forms may be obtained from each state in the United States, or may be downloaded from the internet from http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/index.html
